Description

A delightful and easy recipe for creamy white chocolate fudge, perfect for holiday gatherings and gifting.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Red and green food coloring
  • 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Divide the mixture into three bowls, tint one red and one green, leaving one plain.
  5. Pour the red fudge into the pan, then layer the plain and green fudge on top. Swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
  6. Sprinkle with holiday sprinkles if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm, then cut into squares.

Notes

For best results, ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for a week or refrigerated for up to two weeks.
