- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp sugar (or honey)
- 1-2 tbsp water (to thin, if needed)
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, rice vinegar, and melted butter until smooth.Add garlic powder, paprika, sugar, and cayenne (if using). Mix well.Thin with water (1 tbsp at a time) until desired consistency is reached.Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
