Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp sugar (or honey)
  • 1-2 tbsp water (to thin, if needed)
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, rice vinegar, and melted butter until smooth.
    Add garlic powder, paprika, sugar, and cayenne (if using). Mix well.
    Thin with water (1 tbsp at a time) until desired consistency is reached.
    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
    Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use Kewpie mayonnaise.
  • Adjust sweetness or tanginess by adding more sugar or vinegar to taste.
