Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup wild garlic leaves (washed, roughly chopped)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or vegan alternative
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise or vegan mayo
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Blend wild garlic leaves with olive oil until smooth paste forms
    Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in bowl
    Fold in wild garlic paste until fully incorporated
    Season with salt and pepper
    Chill for 30 minutes before serving
    Garnish with chives and drizzle of olive oil
