Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 package (3 oz) flavored gelatin (e.g., cherry, lime, or blue raspberry)
- 1 cup vodka (chilled)
- ½ cup cold water
- Optional: whipped cream and sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Boil Water: Bring 1 cup of water to a rolling boil.Mix Gelatin: In a mixing bowl, pour the boiling water over the flavored gelatin powder. Stir until completely dissolved (about 2 minutes).Add Liquids: Stir in 1 cup of vodka and 1/2 cup of cold water. Mix well.Pour into Cups: Carefully pour the mixture into 2-ounce plastic or silicone shot cups, filling each about 3/4 full.Chill: Place the cups on a tray and refrigerate for 2-4 hours, or until the gelatin sets.Garnish and Serve: If desired, top with whipped cream and sprinkles before serving

- For stronger shots, you can use 1.5 cups of vodka and omit the cold water. Just ensure the gelatin sets properly.
