  • 3 large croissants, torn into pieces
  • 1 cup diced turkey ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
    Arrange the torn croissant pieces evenly in the baking dish.
    Sprinkle the diced turkey ham and shredded cheddar cheese over the croissants.
    In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika.
    Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissants, ham, and cheese.
    Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the croissants to absorb the liquid.
    Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
    Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
