  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • 1.Cook Tortellini: Boil according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
    2.Prep Vegetables: Halve tomatoes and tear basil.
    3.Make Dressing: Whisk oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
    4.Combine: Gently toss tortellini with mozzarella, tomatoes, and dressing.
    5.Chill: Refrigerate 15 minutes (optional).
