Ingredients
  

  • 2 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 ball (8 oz) burrata cheese
  • ΒΌ cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Arrange tomato slices on a serving plate.
    Tear burrata into pieces and place over tomatoes.
    Scatter fresh basil leaves on top.
    Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Best enjoyed fresh; burrata may lose texture if stored too long.
  • Substitute balsamic glaze with a reduction of balsamic vinegar if needed.
