- 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend)
- 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-sized)
- 4 small tostada shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup nacho cheese sauce (optional)
- Cooking spray or oil for grilling
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in the taco seasoning and water (as per seasoning instructions). Set aside.Lay out a flour tortilla and place a tostada shell in the center.Layer the ingredients in this order: seasoned ground beef, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions, sour cream, and nacho cheese sauce (if using).Fold the edges of the tortilla over the filling, creating a hexagon shape.
