- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup crushed stuffing mix or breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Arrange chicken breasts in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.Layer Swiss cheese slices over the chicken.In a bowl, mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and broth. Pour over the chicken and cheese.Combine crushed stuffing/breadcrumbs with melted butter and paprika. Sprinkle evenly over the top.Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
