Ingredients
  

  • 2 large sweet potatoes (washed and peeled)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
    Slice the sweet potatoes into thin, uniform rounds using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer.
    Toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, and seasonings in a large bowl until evenly coated.
    Arrange the slices in a single layer on the baking sheets, ensuring they don’t overlap.
    Bake for 10 minutes, then flip the slices over and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
    Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, pat the sweet potato slices dry with a paper towel before seasoning.
  • Adjust seasoning to your taste preferences.
