- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (plus extra for garnish)
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
