Ingredients
  

Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)

Topping:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup strawberry glaze (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9x9-inch dish and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
    Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
    Assemble: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
    Add strawberries: Arrange sliced strawberries on top. For extra shine, drizzle with strawberry glaze (optional).
    Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Can be made a day ahead for easier serving.
  • Substitute with other fruits like blueberries or peaches.
