Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, and seasoning.
    Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
    Secure with toothpicks, season outside with salt and pepper.
    Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet, sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
    Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
    Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • For extra flavor, add sun-dried tomatoes or feta cheese to the filling.
  • Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
