Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (425 g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • 1.Prep: Pat chickpeas very dry with paper towels.
    2.Season: Toss with oil and spices until evenly coated.
    3.Roast: Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet.
    4.Bake:
    400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes
    Shake pan, bake 5 more minutes
    5.Cool: Let cool completely to crisp up.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, remove loose skins before roasting
  • Store in airtight container for up to 5 days
  • Spice level can be adjusted to taste
