  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp capers, drained (optional)
  • Crackers, baguette slices, or vegetables for serving

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Fold in smoked salmon, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, dill, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix well.

Garnish with additional dill and serve with crackers or vegetables.

Notes

  • For a smoother texture, blend all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Can be made up to 2 days in advance - flavors improve over time.
  • Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a tangier, lighter version.
