Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs beef brisket
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Season the brisket with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
    Place sliced onions and minced garlic in the slow cooker.
    Add the brisket on top of the onions.
    Mix beef broth, BBQ sauce, and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the brisket.
    Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or until tender.
    Slice against the grain and serve with the cooking juices.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, reduce the liquid in a pan after cooking.
  • Brisket is best when cooked slowly—avoid high heat.
