- 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 shallot, diced
- 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high. Sauté garlic and shallot (1 min).Add shrimp, cook 2 mins per side until pink. Remove and set aside.In same pan, add tomatoes, paste, spices, Worcestershire, and broth. Simmer 5 mins.Return shrimp to pan, toss to coat. Cook 2 more mins.Garnish with parsley. Serve with crusty bread.
