  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup toasted almonds, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Brussels Sprouts: Thinly slice sprouts using a knife or mandoline.
    Make Dressing: Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper.
    Combine: Toss sprouts with dressing until evenly coated.
    Top: Add Parmesan, cranberries, and almonds just before serving.
