Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).In a large bowl, mix garlic, onion, olive oil, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.Rub the mixture all over the chicken pieces.Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour chicken broth and white wine around it.Add bay leaves and lemon juice.Bake for 40 minutes, basting occasionally with the juices, until chicken is cooked through.Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
