Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream, whipped
  • Chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press into a pie dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
    Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
    Fold in whipped cream gently.
    Spread filling into the crust and chill for at least 4 hours.
    Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cream cheese and whipped topping.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
