- 2 cups kale leaves, stems removed, chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp ed pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- ½ cup pasta cooking water (reserved)
