- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds chicken breast fillets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- 1/3 cup honey
- Zest one orange
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-inch piece of grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2-3 large broccoli florets, about 6 cups chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1.Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet.2.Coat Chicken: Toss chicken with ¼ cup cornstarch and salt.3.Roast: Spread chicken on sheet. Drizzle with oil. Bake 15 mins.4.Add Veggies: Toss vegetables with sesame oil, add to pan. Bake 10 mins.5.Make Sauce: Whisk all sauce ingredients in saucepan.
