Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz (225g) noodles (udon, ramen, or spaghetti)
  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
    Brown beef: Heat oil in a pan over medium-high. Cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
    Sauce: Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Stir to coat beef.
    Combine: Toss in cooked noodles and green onions. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
    Serve: Garnish with extra green onions or sesame seeds.
