For Meatloaves:
- 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for gluten-free)
- ¼ cup milk (or almond milk)
- ½ small onion, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
For Glaze:
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or line a baking sheet with parchment.Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients. Mix gently (don't overwork).Shape: Divide mixture into 6 portions; shape into oval mini loaves (~3" long).
