Ingredients
  

Layer 1 (Base):

  • 1 ½ cups hummus (store-bought or homemade)

Layer 2:

  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce

Layer 3:

  • 1 cup diced cucumbers

Layer 4:

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Layer 5:

  • ½ cup diced red onion

Layer 6:

  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Layer 7 (Toppings):

  • ¼ cup sliced Kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp dried oregano

For Serving:

  • Pita chips or sliced vegetables

Instructions
 

  • Layer 1: Spread hummus evenly in bottom of serving dish (9-inch pie plate or similar).
    Layer 2: Carefully spread tzatziki over hummus.
    Layer 3: Sprinkle diced cucumbers evenly.
    Layer 4: Add diced tomatoes.
    Layer 5: Scatter red onions.
    Layer 6: Top with feta cheese.
    Layer 7: Garnish with olives, parsley, olive oil drizzle, and oregano.
    Chill: Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
    Serve: With pita chips or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • Make ahead: Can be assembled 24 hours in advance (add parsley just before serving).
  • For vegan version: Use dairy-free tzatziki and omit feta.
  • Drain diced vegetables well to prevent watery dip.
