For the Lamb Meatballs:
- 500 g ground lamb
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
For the Couscous:
- 1 cup couscous
- 1¼ cup vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup fresh herbs (parsley, mint, or cilantro), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Lemon wedges
- Extra fresh herbs
Prepare the Meatballs:In a bowl, combine ground lamb, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, cinnamon, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.Shape the mixture into small meatballs (about 1-2 inches in diameter).Cook the Meatballs:Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.Add the meatballs and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
