Ingredients
  

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • 1.Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    2.In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar.
    3. drumsticks in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes (or marinate longer for deeper flavor).
    4.Place drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    5.Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway and basting with extra glaze.
    6.Broil for 2-3 minutes for a caramelized finish.
    7.Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, grill instead of baking.
  • Adjust gochujang for more/less heat.
