  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 8 oz water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 3 green onions, sliced thin
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts Optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Stir in the Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  • Add the chopped spinach, water chestnuts, green onions, and optional artichoke hearts.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled with your choice of dippers, such as bread, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes

For an extra creamy dip, consider substituting Greek yogurt for part of the sour cream or mayonnaise.
