- 300g Digestive biscuits, crushed
- 4 Kinder Bueno chocolate bars, crushed
- 150g butter, melted
- 600g cream cheese
- 100g powdered sugar
- 5ml vanilla extract
- 300g Kinder chocolate, melted
- 400ml heavy cream
- Whipped cream (for decoration)
- Kinder Bueno bars (for decoration)
- Milk and white chocolate (for drizzling)
Prepare Base:Crush biscuits and hazelnuts in food processor.Mix with melted butter and sugar.Press firmly into 9" springform pan. Chill 15 mins.Make Filling:Beat cream cheese until smooth.Whip heavy cream to soft peaks, then fold into cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla.Fold in chopped Kinder Bueno and Nutella.Assemble:Pour filling over chilled base. Smooth top.Refrigerate at least 6 hours (preferably overnight).Decorate:Pipe whipped cream around edges.Top with chopped Kinder Bueno and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
