Ingredients
  

  • 300g Digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 4 Kinder Bueno chocolate bars, crushed
  • 150g butter, melted
  • 600g cream cheese
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 5ml vanilla extract
  • 300g Kinder chocolate, melted
  • 400ml heavy cream
  • Whipped cream (for decoration)
  • Kinder Bueno bars (for decoration)
  • Milk and white chocolate (for drizzling)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Base:
    Crush biscuits and hazelnuts in food processor.
    Mix with melted butter and sugar.
    Press firmly into 9" springform pan. Chill 15 mins.
    Make Filling:
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Whip heavy cream to soft peaks, then fold into cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla.
    Fold in chopped Kinder Bueno and Nutella.
    Assemble:
    Pour filling over chilled base. Smooth top.
    Refrigerate at least 6 hours (preferably overnight).
    Decorate:
    Pipe whipped cream around edges.
    Top with chopped Kinder Bueno and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
