- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Steam cauliflower: Cook florets in a steamer basket for 10-12 minutes until very soft.Sauté garlic: Melt butter in a pan, add garlic, and cook until fragrant (~30 seconds).Blend: Transfer cauliflower, garlic butter, cream cheese, salt, and pepper to a food processor.
