Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Jack Daniel’s whiskey
  • ½ cup marshmallow cream
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Once boiling, continue to cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
    Slowly add Jack Daniel’s whiskey, stirring until fully incorporated.
    Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8-inch pan.
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
    Cut into 24 squares and serve.

Notes

  • For a firmer fudge, cook the mixture for an additional minute.
  • Adjust the whiskey quantity to taste.
