- 1 po ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup milk
For the Sauce:
- 1 can (14 ounces) cranberry sauce
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Prepare the Meatballs:In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and milk. Mix until evenly combined.Roll the mixture into 24 equal-sized meatballs.Sear the Meatballs:Set the Instant Pot to the sauté mode. Lightly oil the pot, then brown the meatballs in batches (about 2 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.Make the Sauce:Turn off the sauté mode and pour the cranberry sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar into the pot. Stir to combine.Cook in the Instant Pot:Add the browned meatballs to the sauce, ensuring they are coated.Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.Release Pressure and Serve:Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then manually release the remaining pressure.Gently stir the meatballs to coat them evenly in the sauce.
