Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 jalapenos, sliced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken breasts. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
    Add the sliced jalapenos to the skillet and pour the honey glaze over the chicken.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, basting the chicken with the glaze until fully cooked and caramelized.
    Garnish with fresh cilantro (optional) and serve hot.

  • Adjust the amount of jalapenos to control the spice level.
