Ingredients
  

  • 1 (7-8 lb) pre-cooked, bone-in ham
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • 1.Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
    2.Prepare Ham: Place ham in roasting pan, fat side up. Score the surface in a diamond pattern.
    3.Make Glaze: In a saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, and spices. Heat until sugar dissolves.
    4.Glaze Ham: Brush half the glaze over ham.
    5.Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
    6.Finish: Uncover, brush with remaining glaze, and bake 30 minutes more until caramelized.
    7.Rest: Let ham rest 15 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
  • For extra flavor, stud ham with cloves before baking.
  • Leftovers freeze well for up to 2 months.
