Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
    Season the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
    Sear the Salmon: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy.
    Add the Glaze: Flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic glaze over the fillets. Cook for another 4-5 minutes, spooning the glaze over the salmon as it cooks.
    Finish and Serve: Remove the salmon from the skillet. Let it rest for a minute before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For a thicker glaze, allow the sauce to simmer for a few extra minutes until it reduces.
