- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

- ¼ cup baking soda
- 4 cups water
For Topping
- 1 large egg, beaten
- Coarse sea salt or pretzel salt
Step 1: Make the DoughIn a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Stir gently and let sit for 5-7 minutes until frothy.Add flour, salt, and melted butter to the bowl.
