Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices Black Forest ham
  • 3-6 butter lettuce leaves
  • 2 oz mashed avocado
  • ½ small tomato, sliced
  • 3 slices cooked bacon
  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon until crispy (5-7 minutes), then drain on paper towels.
    Prep ingredients: Wash/dry lettuce, mash avocado, slice tomato.
    Assemble: Lay lettuce flat, spread avocado, add ham, tomato, and bacon.
    Roll tightly, tucking in sides as you go.
    Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

Notes

  • For crispier texture, use romaine instead of butter lettuce.
  • Add cream cheese or hummus for extra creaminess.
  • Best served fresh but can be refrigerated for 2 hours max.
