Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas (8-inch)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 8 slices deli ham (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped spinach or green onions (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prep Filling: Mix cream cheese, Dijon mustard (if using), garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth. Stir in shredded cheese and spinach/green onions.
    Assemble: Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla. Place 2 slices of ham on top.
    Roll Tightly: Roll each tortilla into a log, pressing gently to seal.
    Chill (Optional): Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30+ minutes to firm up (easier slicing).
    Slice: Cut into 1-inch pinwheels with a sharp knife. Serve cold or warm in a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side.

Notes

  • For a low-carb version, use lettuce wraps or almond-flour tortillas.
  • Add pickles, roasted red peppers, or jalapeños for extra flavor.
  • Best served fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
