- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
For the Gorgonzola Cream Sauce:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)
Prepare the Steaks:Pat the steaks dry with a paper towel. Rub them with olive oil, then season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.Preheat the Grill:Heat your grill to high (450°F to 500°F).
