Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears fresh corn, husks removed
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted (or olive oil)
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Optional:

  • 1 tsp chili powder or smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Prep Corn: Brush shucked corn with melted butter and season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
    Grill: Cook on a preheated grill (medium-high) for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred.
    Serve: Garnish with herbs and lime juice if desired.

Notes

  • Soak corn in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent drying (optional).
  • For Mexican-style, add cotija cheese and chili-lime seasoning.
