Ingredients

  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup caramelized onions
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ¼ cup arugula (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out dough on a floured surface.
    Brush crust with olive oil, then spread caramelized onions evenly.
    Top with crumbled goat cheese and cherry tomatoes.
    Bake for 10-12 minutes until crust is golden.
    Drizzle with balsamic glaze, sprinkle with thyme, red pepper flakes, and arugula.
