- 8 oz (225g) flank steak, thinly sliced
- 6 oz (170g) egg noodles or udon
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp black pepper
Garnish
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- ½ lemon (juiced)
Cook Noodles: Boil according to package. Drain, reserving ¼ cup water.Sear Steak:Season steak with salt/pepper.Sear in 1 tbsp butter over high heat (1 min per side). Remove.Make Sauce:In same pan, melt remaining butter. Sauté garlic 30 sec.Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and pepper.Combine: Toss noodles, steak, and reserved water in sauce.Finish: Top with parmesan, parsley, and lemon juice.
