- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tsp thyme or red pepper flakes
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.Add mushrooms and sauté for 5–7 minutes until golden.Stir in garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.Remove from heat, add lemon juice and parsley, and toss to combine.Serve warm as a side or over toast.
