Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pound sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 pound raw shrimp, cleaned and deveined
  • 1 cup colored grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/2 small red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • Thinly sliced green onions for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • 1.Prep Packets: Cut 4 large foil sheets (12"x18").
    2.Divide Ingredients: Evenly distribute potatoes, peppers, zucchini, steak and shrimp among packets.
    3.Season: Mix butter, garlic and spices. Drizzle over each packet.
    4.Seal: Fold foil into airtight packets.
    5.Cook:
    Grill: 15-20 mins medium-high
    Oven: 400°F (200°C) for 20 mins
    6.Serve: Carefully open packets. Garnish with parsley and lemon.

Notes

  • For even cooking, slice steak against the grain
  • Add corn or asparagus for variation
  • Cooking time may vary based on thickness
