Ingredients
  

Protein:

  • 1 lb (450g) boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced

Vegetables:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • ½ cup snap peas

Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated

Other:

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions
 

  • Prep: Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
    Cook Chicken: Heat 1 tbsp oil, stir-fry chicken 4-5 mins until cooked. Remove.
    Cook Veggies: Heat remaining oil, stir-fry vegetables 3-4 mins.
    Combine: Return chicken, add sauce. Toss 1-2 mins.
    Thicken: Optional: Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water, stir in.

  • Substitutions: Use tofu for vegetarian option
