  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Hamburger buns or rolls (optional, for serving)

Instructions

2.In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
    3.Pour sauce over pork, ensuring it’s well-coated.
4.Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until pork shreds easily.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sear pork before slow cooking.
