Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    Coating: In a bowl, mix panko, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    Coat Chicken: Dip each chicken breast in melted butter, then press into the cheese mixture to coat evenly. Place on the baking sheet.
    Bake: 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the crust is golden.
    Garnish: Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil 1-2 minutes at the end.
  • Substitute Ritz crackers for panko for a buttery crunch.
  • Serve with ranch dressing or honey mustard for dipping.
