Spices and Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adds color and a hint of smokiness.

  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Complements the garlic.

Coating

  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs or Panko Panko breadcrumbs are preferred for maximum crunch.

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Lightly brush the fish fillets with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
  • Season both sides with the spice mixture, coating them evenly and generously.
  • Dredge the fish in bread crumbs or panko until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Place the coated fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is golden brown and flaky.

Notes

Ensure fish is at room temperature for even cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in air fryer for best results.
