- 2 - 2 1/2 pounds pork chops with bone (3-4), 1 - 1 1/2 inches thick
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (use less if you want it less salty)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.75 oz)
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
1.Season pork chops with salt and pepper.2.Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.3.In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté mushrooms and onions until softened (~5 min).4.Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.5.Pour in chicken broth, scraping up browned bits.
