- 8 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Boil or steam the lobster tails until the shells turn bright red. Let them cool, then remove the meat and chop it into bite-sized pieces.Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.Add the cooked pasta and lobster pieces to the pan.
